About Me

I'm 41, African-American, the divorced mom of two spectacular daughters, a social studies teacher, an observant Catholic, a registered (and politically active) Independent, lapsed vegetarian, a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and oh, yeah, my tummy is in revolt. I have gastroparesis and IBS. Here's my pursuit of healing and overall health; my journey toward a more tranquil tummy.
